A solution to an existing office problem.

This app is a solution for helping communication and cooperation within an ample office space without being distracted by fellow employees. The primary function is to manage ad-hoc meetings quickly and to follow up on previous requests for meetings.

The app communicates with NFC stickers (Near Field Communication) that are within close reach. These stickers are applied to particular furniture in relevant places in the office. (break room, desks, conference room, etc.)

Our biggest challenge was to develop a new solution in the very saturated communication market to solve an existing problem.

Once we tested out all usability mistakes, I started designing the User Interface

I followed a fresh, light but not too shallow visual language, which could suit an office with young professionals. I designed the wireframes using Axure and later edited them in Adobe Xd for prototyping and user testing.

We successfully created a functional sitemap architecture without dead ends and an intuitive User interface with good affordances. We were able to find a solution for our pre-determined constraints for our persona.

With this application, coworkers could easily arrange and manage small favors without bothering each other.
